Whatever you send goes to the editorial team as a whole rather than to an individual.
Most messages are answered within a couple of days, wherever we happen to be reading them.
Things we can look into
- Technology claims that do not add up. If an operator is describing something that cannot work the way it says, tell us — that is the kind of thing this site is for.
- Corrections. A rule, a payment method or a regulation that has changed. Please name the article.
- The accumulator calculator. If a result looks wrong, send the exact prices you entered.
Things we cannot
- Casino or bookmaker accounts. We are not an operator and have no access to anyone’s balance, bonus, deposit or withdrawal. The operator has to answer that one, and its regulator after it.
- Crypto recovery. We cannot reverse a transaction or retrieve a wallet, and anyone who says they can for a fee is not telling the truth.
- Money, investment or legal questions. That is outside anything we are qualified to answer.
